Whatever the ailment, Sanders seems to have shaken it off. He returned to the field to start Philly's third drive after the Kansas City Chiefs botched their field goal attempt.

The Philadelphia Eagles were able to score on their first drive of the game. The first play they ran saw Miles Sanders get a carry and run to the outside.

He got hit hard and dropped the ball out of bounds and we haven't really seen him since. Sanders ended up in the locker room but was able to return to the sideline.

There is a suspicious lack of updates revolving around Sanders. He may have hit something with the blow he took, or it may have loosened something else.

We've seen players head to the locker room for a quick bathroom break, and that's probably what Philadelphia fans are hoping for.

Still, the Eagles had their second drive of the game and Sanders wasn't there, so that's something to monitor.
